Who Is Hussein was an opportunity for the youth to  demonstrate their creative skills and explore the characteristics of Imam Hussein. The event was setup as a friendly competition. We invited three guest judges to help with the final decision.

 

The event started by the students collecting supplies and being given an hour to draw and paint their version of "Who Is Hussein". The students worked in small groups of 5, a total of 3 groups. Once finished each group presented in front of the audience the meaning of their artwork and went on the discuss the various meaning that can be driven.

 

The event ended with the announcement of the winner and the students being provided a small pizza dinner. Overall there was a decent turnout and the students enjoyed being given this unique opportunity to explore their talents
