The Cedar point event was held on September 26th 2015. This event was the highlight of the year and a way to bring the youth group closer.

    We gathered in the morning at our local mosque at 8:00 am. Everyone was very groggy but did not want to miss the opportunity of being able to visit the world's most renowned park Cedar Point with their best friends from ASA. One of the generous members of our community sponsored a coach bus for us so we all got on and got comfortable for the 1.5 hours drive. We sang songs, played games and....slept our way to the park.

    As we got off the bus the students were bursting with enthusiasm. What followed was many hours of Extreme entertainment, specially on the dragster which launches you at 300 mph from a dead stop. The day was a lot of fun and we had a very positive response from our attendees.

    We took a little break at lunch time and prayed as a group on the shiny beach on the edge of the park. Then we ate snacks and lunch. Once again we disperse and continued to enjoy our time. The event was a great success.

    On the way back people dreamed of still riding the fastest roller coaster or feeling the breeze gently caress their faces at the Cedar point shores. We hope to hold similar events in the future, maybe visiting a new park (Kings Island?)
